At UK Labs, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality services and accurate results. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy that allows you to request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.
Food Intolerance Test Refunds:
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must contact our customer service team at hello@uklabs.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase before sending in your sample.
- You must provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction with our services.
- You must have followed our instructions for taking the test and provided us with accurate and complete information.
If you meet these criteria, we will issue a refund to you within 30 days of receiving your request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
*Please note, we will not refund the Complete Health Test after completing the full service.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if:
- If you have received your test results and are unhappy with the outcome without following the necessary steps to eliminate the items reported in your results.
- A sample does not reach the testing facility enabling us to complete our responsibility. We will always to try to find a resolution for you in this scenario.
- If you have not followed our instructions for taking the test or have provided us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
- If you request a refund more than 14 days after your purchase.
- If you have purchased our services through a third-party retailer or website. In such cases, you must refer to their refund policy.
Supplement Product Refunds:
You may change your mind about whether to proceed with an order provided that you do so within 14 days of placing your order. Provided that you return the product to us at your own cost, we will issue a refund minus £6.99 cost of the product and postage fee. Your right to change your mind and receive a refund ceases automatically once you have either unsealed or otherwise used the product, or a period greater than 14 days has elapsed since you received the product. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of your product being returned.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of our terms of service.
